Pankaj, I wanted to discuss my current allocation across the three projects — Nordea, SIC, and Guardian. Starting with Nordea, I have junior resources working with me, so I still need to remain involved and provide guidance and support. We have just completed the DR activities there, and going forward I also need to keep my focus on BAU and development activities whenever they come up. So even though the DR activity is completed, I still need to maintain sufficient bandwidth for Nordea. In SIC, my involvement has become quite extensive. I am currently driving the use-case analysis for the AEX product end-to-end — requirement gathering, rediscovery of use cases, discussions with different delivery teams, DFD creation, and understanding the SR, task and CR-related processes. The focus in SIC has now moved more towards SR-level activities, tasks and CRs.
